So many Christmas traditions revolve around children. Since my children are now adults, I have left so many things behind. The tall, large tree that required climbing up a ladder to decorate and constant watering gave way to an artificial tree I had to fight with my teenagers about putting up after I became disabled has now turned into a 15 inch ceramic tree that lights up. Easy. Maybe I’ll put sparklers in cups of cocoa with marshmallows this year. I love that image you used.
