Pay very close attention. Each moment, there is just this. Our mind may pick up speed when we encounter just this and build on it. But, still, there is Just. This.
For example, if you have a leg cramp, it is Just. This. Your mind may start to build a story around it worrying if this will always happen. You may wonder what you did in the past which caused you to have the leg cramp. You worry when it will stop. All that will be constructs of your mind. It takes you away from the present moment where there is just the leg cramp.
Just. This. is all there is. I’m sorry, we wish there was more, but there really isn’t.
